After being fascinated about the human body and a passion to help people, Sapna's road to becoming a Physiotherapist was definite. After receiving a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from Punjabi University, India in 2017, she worked as an intern in India's biggest rehabilitation center SVNIRTAR. She also worked as a consultant physiotherapist in a multi-specialty hospital for 2 years where she gained experience treating patients with orthopedic, neurologic, trauma, medical, surgical, and other diagnostic groups. In addition, Sapna has a Diploma in Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from Confederation College in Thunder Bay. She has CPR and First Aid certification and is Yoga Alliance certified instructor. Sapna not only speaks English but also Hindu, Punjabi and Urdu.
