
Sapna further refined her clinical skills as a consultant physiotherapist in a multi-specialty hospital for two years. There, she worked with diverse patient populations, treating orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and spinal cord injuries, as well as trauma-related, post-surgical, and medical cases. Her compassionate and evidence-based approach to rehabilitation ensures personalized care for every patient.
Committed to lifelong learning and leadership in healthcare, Sapna pursued a Diploma in Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Canada. She is certified in CPR and First Aid and is also a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, Sapna is dedicated to making care accessible, inclusive, and effective for her diverse patient community.
