Palmer Patterson, Registered Physical Therapist

Palmer Patterson
Palmer completed his Master of Physiotherapy degree from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2015. Before this, he attended the University of Ottawa where he did his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics.

At present, and throughout his studies, Palmer has further broadened his knowledge of training and concept of correct functional movement patterns through participation in Adult Ballet Classes, Yoga Teacher Training Courses, several athletic hobbies, and work experiences as a Gymnastics Coach, Swimming Instructor, Athletic Trainer and Personal Trainer.

During university, clinical placements, and work experiences, Palmer has enjoyed working with many different people of varying age and background, from children to seniors, whom have experienced problems ranging from sport and orthopaedic injuries, to neurological diseases and post-surgery complications. Palmer has been injured himself many times through sport, and understands in part what the rehab process feels like. He is committed to giving his best to help others meet their personal goals.

In his spare time, Palmer enjoys the outdoors, playing sports, reading and relaxing. For the past two years, Palmer has also been trying to teach himself harmonica. He is progressing, and hopefully one day he will be good.
