Nicole has been an Orthopedic Private Practice Physiotherapist for 14 years with an Honours Physiotherapy graduate degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and a Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) degree specializing in Movement Science from the University of Windsor, Ontario.
Nicola has also taken extra courses in the areas of the ankle, hip, TMJ (jaw) and neck, as well as Manual Therapy courses and Canadian Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute qualifications in Acupuncture and Dry Needling which she uses as part of the many tools to treat patients. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Nicole moved out west to Victoria, BC where she worked for 12 years perfecting her manual therapy, acupuncture and dry needling skills. She is now an active member of the Ontario College of Physiotherapists since her move to the Nepean area.
Nicole has experience with many athletics teams as she travelled with Royal Military College Varsity during her time at Queenâ€™s University and, as a result, has a great deal of sports injury experience. She enjoys empowering and educating patients on their injuries to aid in their understanding of them and to help promote overall healing. A competitive soccer player and an avid runner and snowboarder, she is a mother of two little ones at home as well.
