Registered Massage Therapist
We are proud to offer a position for a Registered Massage Therapist within our growing company. Our clinics have a predominantly orthopaedic caseload with a variety of injuries from sports, work, home and motor vehicle accident claims with a smaller number of neurological cases. As a Massage Therapist at MapleCare Physiotherapy Clinic, you will work alongside a team of highly qualified physiotherapists. We offer treatment for private clients, sport injuries, post surgical, and MVA clients. You should be a motivated and outgoing registered massage therapist who is comfortable performing therapeutic and relaxation massage in a busy environment. As a candidate, you are eager to work in a team environment with our physiotherapists. Work duties will involve performing accurate physical assessment and providing massage therapy treatments to patients, as well as completing the necessary documentation to meet college guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, stages of healing, assessment and treatment.
  • Willingness to work as a part of a collaborative treatment team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, initiate new programs and participate in marketing.
  • Licensed in good standing with the Ontario College of Massage Therapy of Ontario.
  • Valid individual malpractice insurance coverage.
